About IRDAC

IRDAC is a leading research, consultancy and project development organization.

Our core business is finessing socioeconomic development programming in low and middle income countries globally. With vast global experience, our consultants, together, have built a formidable project repertoire in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

IRDAC’s model of excellence is based on three core modes of delivery: ‘Mobilizing expertise. Sharing knowledge. Securing value for development resources’

Mobilizing Expertise: In a rapidly globalizing world socioeconomic development is heavily reliant on global flows of expertise. IRDAC believes that global talent can be mobilized cheaply and efficiently. It is this belief that drives IRDAC’s research, consultancy and project development goals.

Sharing Knowledge: IRDAC believes in the strength of evidence based action. As such, IRDAC supports sharing of researched knowledge. A broad based availability of researched knowledge spurs innovation and opens up new avenues for business, growth and eventually prosperity. This belief, in broad based sharing of researched knowledge, drives IRDAC’s research and project development function.

Securing value for development resources: It is now evident that the quantity of resources alone cannot drive socioeconomic development. The critical gap that IRDAC’s seeks to address is the derivation of maximal value from these scarce resources. By heavily investing in innovative project development designs, IRDAC is one of the few organizations globally with a clear focus on maximizing value for development resources through project design and development that goes beyond traditional logical frameworks.
